The track is seventeen feet wide and 1/8 of a mile in length. The two inside lanes are designated for walkers. Runners should use the outside lanes. Groups must be no more than two lanes wide. Community lockers are provided in the track area for member/ guest use. Locks are not provided. General membership allows for use of the track. However, full membership is required for access to the personal training and cardio rooms. Strollers are not permitted. Infants in backpacks are permitted. Shoes and shirts are required. Use of the track is limited to those 12 years of age or older. Food and drinks are not permitted with the exception of closed water bottles.
