Take a stroll around the lake at one of our many community parks. Leave the concrete jungle behind and get moving as these parks feature walking paths surrounded by nature. Bring some bread and feed the ducks by the lake or grab the family and plan a picnic. We also have a few smaller neighborhood parks that are great for play dates & picnics.

 

If you're looking for team sports, look no further than our sports parks! Host to Hoover Youth Sports and other team organizations keep the bases loaded. Football, baseball, and soccer are really big in the South, and Hoover teams consistantly compete at the national level.

 

Our newest park, Veteran's Park, is located on property adjacent to Spain Park High School. This is our largest park and features a professionally developed cross country course and plenty of large, open spaces for community events.
