Regular meetings of the Hoover City Council are conducted on the 1^st and 3^rd Monday of each month in the William J. Billingsley Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building at 100 Municipal Lane. City Council meetings are scheduled to begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.  In preparation for these meetings, Council Work Sessions are also held in the William J. Billingsley Council Chambers at 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday preceding the Council meeting.
