It is a very exciting program filled with burning a lot of calories in a short period of time. There are 6-7 different stations and each station will last 4-8 minutes. Classes are designed to be taken by all fitness levels. Each member is encouraged to workout at his or her individual comfort level and personal desire. All classes are limited to six participants and are 45 minutes. Schedules are located at our welcome center. Holiday Fitness Motivator This is a fitness program that will encourage you to cross-train in your workout. Whether you swim, workout in the weight room or do aerobics, you will want to sign up for this program. It will motivate you to work out to get ready for the upcoming Holiday season. Each member will receive a give-away item for participating. Aerobic Classes Our aerobic class schedule includes a variety of different types of classes. We offer cycle, yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, hi/low sculpt, total body stretch and relax, extreme cardio circuit and power yoga sculpt. We offer over fifty classes every week. Schedules are located at our welcome center at the Recreation Center. Cycling Classes An indoor studio cycling class led by an instructor who narrates a course of rolling hills, steep mountain climbs, or fast flat cruises. Choreographed to great music this workout is as fun as it is awesome!!! Schedules are located at our welcome center at the Recreation Center. Senior Exercise & Advanced (formerly called PACE) This class provides participants with an enjoyable and safe exercise program for those individuals who have rheumatoid arthritis, limited joint flexibility, and strength due to inactivity or injury/illness. This group class also offers peer interaction while working to increase strength and endurance through basis and simple exercises.
