City of Hoover officials have announced the following actions related to the Winter Storm of Jan. 9th & 10th, 2011:

All non-emergency city facilities, including the Municipal Center, Library, Recreation Center, and Senior Center shall be closed on Monday, Jan. 10th and are scheduled to resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, Jan. 11th.
