Members of the Hoover Historical Society are dedicated to promoting an increased knowledge of the conditions, lifestyles and people who founded the city. Its most ambitious - and highly successful - educational project to date has been the relocation, restoration, and furnishing of the Stinson Ole Place, an authentic 1840's log home on the campus of Bluff Park Elementary School.
