The City of Hoover, Alabama, is seeking proposals for the removal of storm-related debris generated by the April 27, 2011, tornado outbreak from public property, easements, and public rights-of-way. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Hoover until 1:00 p.m. on May 4, 2011 at 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, Alabama 35216.
