The City of Hoover is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals or firms to provide Professional Grants Management Assistance Services for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the current funding cycle.  The RFP information packet will be available beginning April 13, 2011 at  Hoover City Hall in the Operations Department located at 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, AL 35216.
