Through a partnership with Habitat for Humanity and a grant through the federal Community Development Block Grant program, the City of Hoover Emergency Housing Repair/Rehabilitation program provides funding to assist the City's elderly and disabled residents in emergency situations to keep their homes in a safe, sanitary and livable condition.
