City of Hoover officials have announced the following actions related to the Winter Storm of Jan. 9th & 10th, 2011:

The opening of all non-emergency city facilities, including the Municipal Center, Library, Recreation Center, and Senior Center, will be delayed until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 11th, 2011.
