The Medical Clinic Board of the City of Hoover will hold a special meeting on Friday, June 18, 2010, at 1:15 p.m. in the City Council Conference Room, Hoover City Hall, 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, Alabama.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the adoption of an amendment to the bond resolution adopted by this Board on May 14, 2010 with regard to the Data Drive Care Facility Project involving the acquisition and renovation of a one hundred eight (108) unit care facility known as Riverchase Village Senior Living Community, located at 1851 Data Drive, Hoover, Alabama, Jefferson County.
