NOTICE OF MEETING

MEDICAL CLINIC BOARD OF THE CITY OF HOOVER

March 26, 2010 – 11:00 a.m.

The Medical Clinic Board of the City of Hoover will hold a meeting on Friday, March 26, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. in the City Council Conference Room, Hoover City Hall, 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, Alabama.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider any general business and the adoption of an inducement resolution with regard to the Data Drive Care Facility Project which would include the acquisition and renovation of a one hundred eight (108) unit care facility located at 1851 Data Drive, Hoover, Alabama, Jefferson County.
