Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

Community Development Block Grant

PROGRAM YEAR 2008

The City of Hoover has completed its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for PY 2008 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.  The total CDBG grant for PY 2008 was $376,233.00.  In addition, unexpended program funds from PY 2007 equaled $103,878.67.  Thus, the amount of CDBG funding available for use during PY 2008 totaled $480,111.67. 

Total Drawn Expenditures incurred during the Program Year (October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008) totaled $300,843.62, leaving an end of year balance of $179,268.05.

The Report provides detailed information on actual accomplishments and is available for public examination and comment.  Copies of the report may be reviewed at the Hoover City Hall located at 100 Municipal Lane, the Hoover Public Library located at 200 Municipal Drive, Hoover Municipal Court, or on the City of Hoover’s website (www.ci.hoover.al.us).
