A Special Meeting of the Hoover City Council will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Hoover Municipal Complex, 100 Municipal Lane, for the purpose of holding a public hearing to discuss the proposed 2009 Budget.  This meeting is open to the public.
