Tickets go on sale April 1, 2009 for the Annual Prayer Breakfast sponsored by the Hoover Beautification Board.

This year's speaker will be Sherri Burgess, wife of popular radio personality Rick Burgess of the Rick & Bubba Show. On January 19, 2008, Rick and Sherri lost their two-year-old son, Bronner, in a swimming-pool accident. In the days following the accident, Rick and Sherri showed us all how faith can help us through the worst of times. Rick and Sherri have become an inspiration to those around them as they have shared their faith while struggling through their grief.
