1/16/2009 All 4th graders in the City of Hoover are invited to participate.
The Hoover Beautification Board is sponsoring an Arbor Day essay contest. All fourth graders are invited to submit a short essay on the importance of trees in their life or community. The winner receives a 12-month membership to Aldridge Gardens, a book about trees, and a gift certificate from a Hoover business. The deadline for entries is early February.
