NOTICE OF MEETING

HOOVER MEDICAL CLINIC BOARD

September 12, 2008 – 11:00 a.m.

The City of Hoover Medical Clinic Board will hold a meeting on Friday, September 12, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the City Council Conference Room, Hoover City Hall, 100 Municipal Dr., Hoover, AL.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the adoption of a Bond Resolution authorizing the financing of Ridge View Assisted Living Project and the issuance and sale of The Medical Clinic Board of the City of Hoover First Mortgage Healthcare Facility Revenue Bonds (Ridge View, LLC Project), Series 2008A and of The Medical Clinic Board of the City of Hoover First Mortgage Healthcare Facility Revenue Bonds (Ridge View, LLC Project), Taxable Series 2008B in an aggregate amount not to exceed $5,500,000.00 related to such financing.
