NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Hoover City Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. prior to their regular scheduled work session.  The purpose of this meeting is to consider the approval of the re-issuance of an ABC license to Dale's Southern Grill, Inc., doing business as Dale's Southern Grill, located at 1843 Montgomery highway, Suite 107, hoover, AL.  This license will allow for the sale of on or off premise retail beer and table wine at their restaurant.
