HOOVER CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

September 2, 2008 – 10:30 a.m.

Notice is hereby given that the Hoover City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. for the purpose of canvassing the results of the Hoover Municipal Election which will be held on August 26, 2008.

One additional item of business will also be on the agenda, the first reading of Ordinance No. 08-2168 that will prohibit smoking in public places. 

This meeting will be held in the William J. Billingsley Council Chambers, 100 Municipal Dr., Hoover, AL.
