NOTICE OF MEETING

HOOVER MEDICAL CLINIC BOARD

August 6, 2008 – 10:30 a.m.

The City of Hoover Medical Clinic Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. in the City Council Conference Room, Hoover City Hall, 100 Municipal Dr., Hoover, AL.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the adoption of the inducement resolution with regard to the Ridge View Assisted Living Project which would include the acquisition and renovation of the eighty-seven (87) unit assisted living facility known as Ridge View Assisted Living, located at 700 Corporate Ridge, Hoover, Alabama, Shelby County.
