Local dance professional, Fabian Sanchez, will be participating in this season’s “Dancing with the Stars” competition on ABC.  The popular television show begins tonight at 7:00 pm on ABC 33/40.  Fabian and his celebrity dance partner, Marlee Matlin, will make their debut during tonight's episode at 8:00 pm.

Fabian and his wife Jackie own the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Hoover.  Fabian is the 2006 World Mambo Champion and a four time Fred Astaire National Champion.  Click on the Birmingham News article below to learn more about Fabian!  Be sure to tune in to vote for Fabian and Marlee!

A watch party and dance instruction will be held on Tuesday (3/18) beginning at 7:45 pm at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio.  Everyone is invited to attend and learn how to cha-cha, which is the dance Fabian and Marlee will be performing!
