The mission of this board is to inspire and empower citizens to take greater responsibility for their environment. Volunteers serve a term of three years. Current on-going projects include an Arbor Day program, a litter control program, and the Commercial Beautification Awards. The Board conducts public meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at 1:00 P.M. in a conference room at Hoover City Hall.
