DOMESTIC VIOLENCE 16 or 24 Sessions Bringing Peace to Relationships utilizes an educational model of group intervention. Focuses on participants issues of power and control. Challenges faulty beliefs and identifies effects of participants abusive behavior has upon others. Appropriate for offenders who commit acts of abuse against their significant other or other family member over whom they have control or desire to have control. ANGER MANAGEMENT 8 Sessions Coping With Anger is an eight module cognitive behavioral program that deals with the issue of anger and participants inappropriate response when in an angry situation. The program required the participants to examine their beliefs as they relate to anger. Triggers are identified. Participants practice relaxation and time outs. Appropriate for offenders who have anger control issues that are not domestic in nature. Sessions are one and one half hours in length. | Workbook Fee: $10 Fee per session: $25 Total cost: $210 |
LIFE SKILLS 7 Hour Class Thinking and Building Bridges (TABB) is a one day (7 hour) group that focuses on the choices made by the offender. The program challenges some of the participants beliefs, having them determine which of their beliefs are facts and which are opinions. The participants identify their strengths and weaknesses, set realistic one year goals and develop a plan to achieve these goals. Appropriate for first or second offenders with non violent offenses. | Total cost: $65 |
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 7 Hour Class Financial Management Program is a one day (7 hour) group that has the participants determine financial wants versus financial needs. Participants take a look at where their money goes and discuss beliefs they have about money. Participants set one year financial goals and state a plan for achieving these goals. | Total cost: $65 |
