The revenue department is responsible for the collection and proper accounting of all city funds received from various internal and external sources. The department is lead by Mr. Frank Lopez, Director of Revenue and Taxation, and has a staff of eight persons dedicated to the proper administration of tax revenues, information dissemination, auditing taxpayers as well as assisting the Mayor in development of the annual city budget process. During the year, the revenue department processes over 45,000 documents, which represents over $64,000,000 in tax monies. Business license application and all tax forms are available on the City's website to allow taxpayers to download the forms for their convenience. |
