Xpress Cardio Program

2010 Schedule

Classes are for all fitness levels. Each member is encouraged to workout at his or her individual comfort level and personal desire.  All classes are held in the 3rd Floor Foyer and are 20-30+ minutes in duration.

Program Rules:

 

 

1. Members must obtain a number at the Welcome Desk 15 minutes prior to class.

 

2. Space is limited to eight participants per class.

 

 

 

3. Must have Full Membership of Recreation Center to enter class.

 

 

5. Must be 14 years old to enter to class.

 

 

5. If there are no participants 10 minutes after class starts, session will be canceled.

   

 

 

 

Seniors/Beginners: and introductory cardio workout designed for participants in search of light, but effective workouts

 

Intermediate/Advanced: Challenging, yet fun class that may combine Creative workouts with cardio, weights, abs and much more!
