The presentation of the Mayor's proposed budget on October 19, 2020 Finance Committee Meeting was the starting point for formal budget discussions. On October 22, 2020, the Finance Committee held public budget hearings to discuss departmental budgets in depth. Further changes / updates were discussed at the special-called council meeting on November 5, 2020.
