We are so very appreciative to our citizens and businesses for cooperating with the Stay at Home guidelines that were set forth in April to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The City of Hoover will continue to follow guidelines and orders established by the State of Alabama, and we ask you to continue to be diligent in observing these measures. Today, April 28th, Governor Ivey announced a phased reopening of Alabama’s economy. The first phase, "Safer at Home" goes into effect on April 30th at 5:00 pm CST. This order is in effect until May 15, 2020.
