NOTICE OF MEETING 

MEDICAL CLINIC BOARD OF THE CITY OF HOOVER 

Tuesday, September 10, 2019 – 3:00 p.m. 

The Medical Clinic Board of the City of Hoover (“Board”) will hold a
meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the City CouncilConference/Media Room, Third Floor. Hoover City Hall, 100 Municipal Lane,
Hoover, Alabama. 

The purpose of this meeting is to consider any general business and theadoption of a resolution authorizing the execution of a deed, bill of sale,
termination and release of mortgage and security agreement, and any otherdocuments necessary to conclude the bond transaction related to the real
property located at 1851 Data Drive for the River Highlands Senior Project.
