Ordinances Adopted By City Council on June 18, 2018

The following ordinances were adopted by the City Council at their regular meeting held on Monday, June 18, 2018:

Ordinance No. 18-2376Rezone "Feldspar Property" from PR-1 Planned Single Family to PI Planned Industrial.

Ordinance No. 18-2377 - Rezone Lot 7, International Park 2nd Sector, 2545 Acton Road, from PO Planned Office to PC Planned Commercial.

Ordinance No. 18-2379 - Rezone 63 acres at Hwy. 280 and Hwy. 119 from C-2 Community Business District and NZ Not Zoned to PUD Planned Unit Development.

Ordinance No. 18-2380 - Authorize lease of office space at Public Safety Center, 2020 Valleydale Rd., Suite 208, to Alabama Department of Revenue.

Ordinance No. 18-2381 - Authorize lease of office space at Public Safety Center, 2020 Valleydale Rd., Suite 108, to Hoover Historical Society.

Ordinance No. 18-2382 - Annex Phase 6 of property located at 7160 Cahaba Valley Rd., owned by Brook Highland Community Church.

Ordinance No. 18-2383 - Annex property at 118 Mars Hill Rd., owned by Spine & Sports, LLC.

Ordinance No. 18-2384 - Annex pre-zoned property on Old Rocky Ridge Rd., owned by D. R. Horton.

Ordinance No. 18-2385 - Amend Municipal Code to revise the Small Cell Facilities ordinance (Ord. No. 18-2378) that was adopted by City Council on June 4, 2018.
