How to Report Missed Collection or Other Issues
The City of Hoover strives for excellence in its trash collection services. Hoover participates in a multi-jurisdictional cooperative that negotiates the best available rates and high-quality services from a third-party service provider. We apologize if you have experienced an issue and we will do our best to help get it resolved in a timely manner.
Please report issues through MyHooverConnect. A My Hoover Connect Representative will work with the service provider to help resolve your issue. This service helps us track issues, keep you updated, and helps us assess the overall level of service being provided.
You can also request other services such as limb or bulky item pickup or new resident services. This service is available on your desktop or mobile device as an app.
